Your mission with us

As a Recruiter (f/m/x), you will be part of the People&Culture Team and play a key role in growing Sidekick Health by finding and hiring talented individuals who align with our mission. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What you can expect from us
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements
  • Source and engage top talent using multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
  • Screen and assess candidates for cultural and role fit
  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the process
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to offer
  • Keep accurate records of all recruitment activity and metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Your profile
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in the technology or healthcare sector; in a start up/scale up is a plus 
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for networking
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both English and German
