Your mission with us
In the role of a Learning & Development Manager (f/m/x), your role in helping us achieve our mission will be to support the People of Sidekick in doing an excellent job while growing professionally by supporting their growth with training or other on the job ways of growing. This requires working closely with the People & Culture team, management and teams of the company to understand the training needs and find ways to meet them.
What you can expect from us
As a Learning & Development Manager you will
  • be responsible for planning and organizing internal and external training and coaching to ensure that our employees have sufficient technical, methodological and personal skills.
  • be developing and maintaining our e-learning platform as well as creating and supporting the creation of training materials for the various teams within the company,
  • support the People Partners in identifying and analyzing the further training and development needs of employees and recommending appropriate measures that support the achievement of the company goals, 
  • create internal processes and policies and maintain them
  • take care of training documentations,
  • help form performance management features in the software we use.
Your profile
  • You have a university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or Sociology or equivalent working experience.
  • You have experience in a professional company setting and have worked in the field of talent/career development at least for 2-3 years
  • You have a sound business knowledge and interest in trends and innovations in the field of learning & development
  • You have a strong understanding of HR, whereby experience in the start-up/scale-up environment is an advantage
  • You are a communicative, open-minded personality with a hands-on mentality
  • You have a high level of organizational skills and discretion
  • You are intrinsically motivated to improve the health of others
  • You are solution oriented and a creative problem solver
  • You are able to shift between working in a collaborative team environment and working independently
  • You are fluent German and English (in written and spoken)
