Your mission with us

As our Business Development Manager (f/m/x) Prescribable Digital Therapeutics, you will support our Leadership team in building and managing strategic partnerships for our Rx (Prescribable Digital Therapeutics) business unit. You will be an integral part of our commercial strategy and build a meaningful pillar for driving the company's long term growth & success. You will be responsible for your own strategic projects, working independently and proactively with the leadership team.

What you can expect from us

Identifying and maintaining partnerships and conducting negotiations with health insurance companies, statutory insurances, medical providers and affiliate cooperation partners.
Carrying out market analyses for new business areas and deriving recommendations for their implementation
Independently driving forward projects, such as the continuous analysis and optimisation of the company's processes and structures to enable the success of our business development
Support for international expansion/establishment of new markets
Analyzing the competition through competitive analysis, monitoring and reporting

Your profile

Successfully completed business, medical, science or engineering studies
At least 3 years of professional experience in business development or related area
Strong Business development/ B2B Sales skills
Experience in the digital health sector and knowledge of the German healthcare system
Analytical skills, which enable you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and to understand development potential and challenges
Interest in working in an interdisciplinary leadership team and strong communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English, French is a plus
