We are seeking an experienced Python Developer (f/m/x) with a strong background in backend development and a knack for solving complex problems. As a Python Developer, you will build and maintain our backend systems, working closely with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and Product Owners to deliver top-notch products that help users improve their health and habits.

Your profile

At least 4 years of experience in building Python applications for production environments
Experience with working in projects with micro-service architecture.
Strong working knowledge of Python based frameworks like Django and FastAPI
Solid understanding of relational database systems (ideally Postgres, others appreciated) and experience with Python ORMs like Django ORM or Sqlalchemy
Knowledge of message-broker software (RabbitMQ, Redis, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, AWS SQS)
Working experience with Docker, Kubernetes and general understanding of CI/CD setup
Ideally familiarity with developing REST APIs with Golang and GORM
Ideally experience with other backend languages and frameworks
Testing experience using Pytest
Motivation to build backend systems in a regulated health tech environment
Strong interest in clean code and clean architecture to build a scalable and maintainable code base
Excellent written and spoken english skills
